How do I change address?  

You can change your shipping address at any time. Simply login and edit your profile.  

Do you ship to PO Boxes?  

Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, mailbox stores, hotels or freight forwarders.  

I don't use certain types of products. Can I opt out?  

No, RunLocker is a discovery service that aims to educate and inspire members to use different types of products.  

How do I gift a RunLocker membership?    

We offer Gift Memberships for everyone. You can gift 3, 6 or 12 month memberships. Give the gift of RunLocker by selecting Give As A Gift.    

When can I join RunLocker?  

Right now, simply click Join Now.   

What skill level is RunLocker memberships suited for?   

All levels! We have tried to choose products that we think are great for people just starting out but also interesting enough for more advanced runners. While our advice may seem geared towards beginners, more seasoned runners may also find certain topics new and useful.  

What payment methods do you accept for RunLocker?   

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Payments will be processed through our portal via Stipe.   

Is RunLocker available outside the US?    

Currently, RunLocker is available in the United States only, but we are working on opening our memberships internationally.   

Can I purchase a RunLocker membership as a gift?   

Yes, RunLocker is a perfect gift. Simply select here to order a gift membership.   

How can I change the email address on my account?     

To change the email address associated with your account, simply login to your account and edit your profile.    

Can I try just one box?   

Currently our shortest membership tier is 3 months. We are currently working on a create your on box, check back for updates. Remember, the longer membership tiers offer a better price per box for our members.   

Will my membership be renewed automatically?  

Your membership will automatically renew based on the subscription billing period. Your credit card will automatically be charged the subscription fee until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at matt@runlocker.com.  

Where is my box?      

You'll receive an email notification as soon as your box is shipped with a UPS or DHL tracking number that you can use to track your package.   

What shipping method do you use?    

We ship RunLocker boxes using {UPS Ground shipping} to all customers in the continental United States. UPS Ground shipping is insured and tracked. Delivery time is not guaranteed but is almost always under 6 days. Shipping to customers in Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii also ship via UPS Ground and are charged an additional $5 fee.     

   Can I change the shipping method?      

Our shipping system is automated so we are not able to change the shipping method on your order.      

What if my package is lost or the tracking shows that it is delivered but I don't have it?     

Contact us at info@runlocker.com and our support team will help you out.   

What is the deadline for changing my delivery address before the box ships?    

One week.   

What is your cancellation policy?    

RunLocker members can cancel at any time. If your order has already been authorized for payment, which occurs about two weeks before shipment, the cancellation will go into effect after the shipment of that order.     

     Can I place my membership on hold?        

We cannot place memberships on hold.     

   My box arrived damaged. What should I do?      

Please check inside the box for damaged items. If something looks damaged, please email us.
